Doppio Living Returns & Refund Policy
At Doppio Living, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we aim to make the return process clear, fair, and simple.
30-Day Limited Guarantee & Returns
All Doppio Living products include a limited 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or does not perform as intended under normal, proper use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement part, product replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items should be unused or in reasonable condition, returned with the original packaging and included accessories whenever possible, and approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, improper storage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, unsafe use, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions.
Return Shipping
If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Doppio Living will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns or exchanges for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to help ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Product Safety & Proper Use
Some Doppio Living products are designed for use with fire, heat, sharp tools, or outdoor cooking. Customers are responsible for using all products safely, properly, and in accordance with the product instructions, local laws, burn bans, and safety guidelines.
Fire and outdoor cooking products should only be used in safe, appropriate areas, on stable heat-safe surfaces, away from combustible materials, and under adult supervision. Never leave an active fire, hot product, or outdoor cooking setup unattended.
Doppio Living is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper assembly, improper placement, failure to follow safety instructions, use during unsafe weather conditions, violation of local rules or burn bans, or leaving fire or heat-producing products unattended.
